2018 Spring & Summer Season in Review

the Labor Day weekend marked the unofficial end of summer and the start of a still warm school/fall season. It was another exciting spring/summer season and NEAAU Baseball wants to thank all coaches, players, parents and families for choosing AAU Baseball in 2018. We value your support and hope to see you back on the fields in 2019. Here is a quick recap of this past spring and summer season.

Spring/Summer League

Over 400 teams from CT,MA,ME,NH and RI participated in this year's NEAAU Spring/Summer League. NEAAU Baseball is proud to have teams from Cape Cod to Providence to New Haven to Worcester to Manchester to Portland to Boston and all places in between choose AAU Baseball. NEAAU Baseball is already underway to make the 2019 season its best yet!


The 2018 League Playoffs were carried out throughout all of New England. NEAAU Baseball thanks the many clubs that hosted Playoff games and help provide a great season ending experience for all teams involved. Congratulations to all 2018 Champions and all teams that qualified for the 2018 League Playoffs. NEAAU Baseball is proud to say that all members of the team are AAU Baseball members and competed in the NEAAU Spring League this season. AAU Baseball hosts a few high quality National Championship opportunities each year in Florida, Missouri and California. We are proud that the following teams represented the New England AAU District so well at the National Championships this summer. We'd love to see your team at a National Championship in 2019!


For the last nine years, the longtime AAU Club the Providence Sports & Leadership Baseball Club has been sponsoring teams from the Dominican Republic to visit Rhode Island to play ball and take with them memories made both on and off the field. On Saturday, August 18, the Dominican Republic team played the RI Rays AAU Baseball Club at McCarthy Field in West Warwick, RI. Read More >


AAU Baseball is very proud of the AAU USA International Team for representing AAU, and more importantly, our great nation so well while playing America's pastime overseas in Ireland and Scotland on July 6-15, 2018. The 2018 Team AAU USA roster was comprised of collegiate players from across the nation. Read More >


NEAAU Baseball hosted its annual coaches meeting in Dedham, Massachusetts in 2018 on February 18. Coaches gather together to schedule league and non-league games for the upcoming spring/summer season, as well as meet the many NEAAU Baseball vendors/sponsors and take advantage of AAU specials that are offered. Thank you to the following vendors for attending.

For those teams competing in the 2018 NEAAU Fall League, we will see you soon. For all other clubs, NEAAU Baseball looks forward to seeing you again in 2019! Spring League registration will become available this fall. NEAAU Baseball is at work now preparing for what we hope is another amazing season of AAU Baseball.
