Mr. Barter has been coaching youth baseball teams for 11 years, primarily in Coventry LL, where he also served as league president from 2006 - 2011. He has also coached youth basketball in the Coventry Basketball Assoc. for 6 years and currently serves as Asst. Coach for the Boy's Varsity Basketball team at Coventry High School. Mr. Barter has experienced AAU Baseball thru his two sons and is very excited about starting the RI Stars AAU team with co-founder Randy Grossguth.

Mr. Grossguth has served as a coach in Coventry LL for many years and has coached alongside Mr. Barter for the past 2 years. This past season, he served as Asst. Coach for the Coventry LL 11 year old State Champion team. Mr. Grossguth has been involved with AAU baseball thru his son for the past 3 years. An extremely knowledgable baseball coach and instructor, Mr. Grossguth is looking forward to the RI Stars inaugural season.

Mr. Labelle has been a longstanding manager, coach and league supporter of Chariho LL. He joins Mr. Barter and Mr. Grossguth as a coach and will be participating in AAU baseball for the first time, along with his two sons. Mr. Labelle has enjoyed much success with his LL teams throughout the years and the RI Stars welcome his baseball knowledge, coaching ability and enthusiasm to the organization.
