NEAAU SPORTS HALL of FAME

NEAAU HONORS LEO PAPILE at 2009 INDUCTION by NEAAU | Sunday April 19th | 6:05pm Championship Sunday at the Boys 15-17U Super Regional featured incredible competition, as well as a much deserved AAU honor. Prior to the 16U title game between BABC and the Granite State Jayhawks, the New England AAU inducted BABC lead man Leo Papile into the NEAAU Sports Hall of Fame. Papile was presented with a Hall of Fame plaque from NEAAU President Ed Skovron and NEAAU Boys Basketball Director John Kottori. Sunday's ceremony marked the very first NEAAU Sports Hall of Fame induction.

WHAT is the NEAAU SPORTS HALL of FAME? The New England AAU Sports Hall of Fame was created in 2009 to honor those members whom have contributed/dedicated their time, energy and passion to athletes/programs of the New England chapter of the Amateur Athletic Union. The Boston Amateur Basketball Club's Leo Papile was inducted at the inaugural NEAAU Sports Hall of Fame Induction on April 19, 2009. 2010 Induction details will be released in early 2010.
